RX 580 = RX5500XT

I think its better to buy rx 580 and you can upgrade your pc to 5700xt or some Nvidia 2000 series card or 1080 later

They perform roughly equally. The 5500XT does consume less power, though.

Still, basically, whichever one you can get for less money. If that turns out to be the RX 580, you'll want to be sure you have a quality power supply.

I mean, you want a high quality power supply any which way, just that the RX 580 has a much heavier power demand than the 5500XT

I believe King_V is talking about the White and Bronze models.
Gold was already on Version 2 platform.
