Which Graphics Card is Better?

Hey,

Im just wondering which of these two graphics cards would be better?

I will be playing modern games such as: Battlefield 4, DayZ, Minecraft etc.

the 290 for sure.

the sapphire r9-290 is far far faster than the asus 770.

in battlefield 4, the r9-290 will jump even farther ahead with mantle acceleration.

The 290 is a more powerful card, but it will run louder and hotter than the gtx 770. I'd say the 770 is a better deal for the price; I don't think the increased performance would be worth the extra ~£90. But that's just me, if you have money to spare, go for the better card.

290 is the good one between these two . . if you can pay 335 pounds . . otherwise 770 is good at 1080p with good ultra settings
