Both are good, I'd recommend the Asus Strix because at idle the fans don't spin at all.

If you mean faster out of the box, the MSI.

If you're into overclocking at all then it's a toss up. I prefer ASUS personally.

But without overclocking the MSI is faster

I'd go Asus also, OCs well and runs cooler
