Which Graphics Card is better?

You probably won't be able to tell the difference. But the one with the faster core clock should have a tiny edge.
The problem is, they hardly ever match their rated core clocks; almost always higher anyway.
The Asus has better OC'ing potential.

Get the one that looks better to you, or the cheaper one. The fps difference in cs:go would be maybe 2-5 fps. Negligible.
