Which graphics card is better?

Hello I was going to get a graphics card today but I didn't know which one to get which is better the GeForce gtx 650 ti 2gb or the GeForce gtx 660 also which is better GeForce gtx 650 ti 2gb or hd radeon 7850? Which is the best and is there any other great graphics cards for around $200 bucks please tell me! Thanks
