which graphics card is compatible with a Gigabyte H61M-DS2?

I'm currently using a motherboard which is stated to be,
"Gigabyte's H16M-DS2 4.0" With ANTEC's psu stated to be "500w" was previously using 660 TI but now have plans to upgrade to Zotac's 1060GTX 3gb AMP edittion, so the only question here and out is that will it be compatible with my current mobo??

Yes!! Any gpu that has a PCIe 2.0 x16 slot; which mostly all GPU's nowadays do. Your configuration should work just well!
