Which graphics card should I buy for my freshtech pc

I bough Freshtech AMD 4.1Ghz 8GB 1TB FTS Gaming PC Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit HDMI Galaxy 3 Gigabyte F2A68HM-HD2 Motherboard 8GB DDR3 1600mhz Performance Ram Onboard AMD Radeon HD 8470D 500 Watt Power Supply With 12cm Fan 1tb Seagate Barracuda Sata 6Gb/s 64mb Cache 7200rpm.

The graphics card I have just bought is XFX R9 280X radeon.

Please help.

The 280x is a great card and will work as long as your psu is decent, what make and model is your psu?

A 280x will run with a good 500w and so will the 960, but at this point I have a hard time recommending a gpu with 2gb when the 280x is in the same price category.

300 series must be getting close AMD has lots of nice sales going on. The 280 can be had cheaper.

The sapphire 280x is $15 more then the cheapest 960 and after rebate it's $5 cheaper. Even if it was $30 more it more then worth it for 50% more vram.
