which graphics card should i buy for Rs6000..?

4gb ddr3 ram

ok the best card now of that price range would be gt 740 or a gtx 650 , here gtx 650 is more expensive so the best would be gt 740 just 7500inr @ amazon
while a gtx 650 would be near 9000-11000inr , gt 740 should be an awesome deal for this price
