Which Graphics Card Should I Get

I looking to upgrade a Dell Optiplex 755 (DT), would both of these cards fit in it and which would be better the 1gb ddr5 or 2gb ddr3. Or is there a better option in this price range.
PSU is 280w.

Why the change from integrated?
I'd go for the 1Gb GDDR5 card, 2Gb on a card this slow is pointless, besides, GDDR5 is a good deal faster.
