Which graphics card should I get?

Hello! So I'm about to purchase a graphics card (GTX 950) Now I have 2 options, either MSI GTX 950 or PALIT GTX 950 StormX Dual. Both are almost at the same price, PALIT is 1$ cheaper. So which one should i get? I will be overclocking the one i get just a tiny bit though.

get the MSI, better stock clocks than the others so you can prob push it a bit harder

in this case dont think about the dollar. id say go with the MSI 950.... its the best choice
