Which graphics card should i get

Hi i was wanting to upgrade my Graphics card as i am not getting the right performance i need from the one i have i dont want something that will cost a fortune, just something that can play mordern games on high or so with 1980 x 1080 max resolution.

my budget is around £100-£150, as for the psu i used to have a 300w standard chinese one which came with the pc. I read alot of great reviews for CIT as an upcoming psu manufacturer. Ive had it a week too lol
