which Graphics card to get with Intel i3 4130 and 4gb ram in india ?

I have a Biostar H81MLV3 Motherboard , Intel Core i3 4130 and 4gb ram and 1TB HDD.
i need a graphics card around Rs.10000 ($160). Most people tell 750ti. should i get it? what about the power supply ?
I want to make an OK PC. I generally play CS GO (want >120 FPS). Should i upgrade an existing component (plz not the motherboard) ?

Yes, GTX 750 ti is the best GPU in your price range and uses the least power so you may be able to use the same PSU. You need 300-350 watt PSU.

Your cpu is 54 watts and 750 ti is 60 watts. Rest of system is less than 50 watts. Total is approximately 150-175 watts. How is that going to fry a 300 watt PSU?

Which PSU do you have currently? I am guessing people are saying that 300 W PSU will fry your pc, because they have experience with garbage no name PSUs. A well made PSU that is true to its rated value of 300 W will not fry your pc.
