Which Graphics Card Would be Best?

Computer consists of the following:
Screen: Acer P221W
Motherboard: MB ASROCK|Z68 PRO3 GEN3 Z68 1155 R
Current GPU: VGA XFX|HD-677X-ZNLC HD6770 1G R
PSU: PSU ANTEC|650W EA-650 GREEN RT
CPU: CPU INTEL|CORE I3 2120 3.3G 3M R

I usually ly build a new rig, from recommendations on this great site, every four years. In between I usually update the GPU to keep up with games. I'll be playing D3ROS and ESO in the future. I was looking at the 750ti and the 660. Are these overkill? I'd prefer something quiet and in the $200 range or so.

I'm not really beholden to either company. However, the current card has always been fussy and runs very loud. I would prefer something quiet. $200 isn't a hard ceiling. Just a guideline. Appreciate all the answers

I ordered the R9 270x. At $209 it seems like the best bang for the buck and the reviews on it were plentiful and positive. Thanks for all the help folks.
