Which Graphics Card?

Hello peoples
I am getting a new graphics card to replace my ATI Radeon X600 and I don't know which to choose out of these two: Nvidia GTX 750 TI Gigabyte wind force or Nvidia GTX 660 OC Gigabyte wind force.
Specs:
Intel Core I5 750
Gigabyte GA P55A-UD3P
Corsair VS550 PSU
Samsung 640 GB
Thermaltake docker case
4GB patriot value ram

The r9 280 is around the same price and performs between the 760 and 770

Oh then I would get the GTX 660 it performs a lot better

Actually it seems that in some games it only gives u a few extra fps
