geforce gtx 750 ti ftw or radeon rx 460 windforce. Which is over all better? please help

From that, I gathered that the RX 460 is a much better card compared to the 750Ti, although it will be more power-hungry and probably a lot louder.

That link compares a graphic card with 4GB RAM to another card with 2GB RAM.
That's not a fair comparison...
