Which graphics card?

My nvidia drivers keep crashing for over a year now whenever I play games that require low graphics (League of Legends, Combat Arms, etc.) I hope replacing it would fix this problem. My PC is about 2 years old and built by CyberPowerPC.

Current GPU: GT 220 (PCI Express 2.0 x16)
Current PSU: Generic 500w from local computer shop (Should I upgrade my PSU as well?)
Budget: $150 (Looking for an upgrade that will let me play modern games with recommended settings)
Will purchase one this week.

So I need help looking for some of the best ones with my budget.

So far I looked at these:
GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) 1GB
GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB
GTX 260 896mb

Please let me know if these are any good, if so which one and show me suggestions.

GTX 460 1GB is the fastest, so go for it. And your PSU should be fine. Any 500W (as long as not cheaper then $20) will supply the GTX 460.

And what store are you buying from?

go with a 5 series, the 4 is old...

No, 460 outperforms 550 ti mate. Old isn't slower than new. GT 520 isn't faster then GTX 480, 6450 isn't faster then 5970.

Stay with the card I said before OK?

Get the gtx 460 and OC it ... it is the best of ur choices .

The 6870 is 100 fps faster than the 460 Guru3D's game test suite

460 - 314 fps w/ single card, 592 in SLI
6850 - 371 fps w/ single card, 634 in CF
6870 - 434 fps w/ single card, 701 in CF

yeah go with the 6870 its a much better option.

and the card should already come with a 3 year warranty anyway
