For under $200 :

Radeon HD 6870 would be a nice choice.....

FOr under 200 the 6870 would be your best bet. 6850 if you want to save money.

This is the exact graphics card I have. Runs amazing. I also use it at a 1920x1080 res and it easily plays every game I throw at it with High settings.

I bought it a few months ago for $215. This is the best deal out right now IMO.

GTX 560Ti is stronger than HD 6870 and will let you max out some games @ 1080P rather than playing at high settings.

Also, if you wanted to Crossfire HD 6870 would be a bad idea because HD 68xx series are known for Microstuttering.
