Which graphics cards are better and which has better overclocking performance wise?

Overall which card can get the best performance and that is including possible overclocking?

Purely off power draw the FTW card will probably be the best overclocking card. However, Pascal has been a little different than previous generations where more power doesn't necessarily equal higher core clocks, and ultimately it comes down to the silicon lottery. The FTW cards do get binned chips so you're more likely to get a better overclocking chip on one of those cards.
