Which graphics cards are good ?

Hi I am going to upgrading my graphics card from a gtx 770 twin frozr 2gb to one of these graphics cards below this week or should I wait and get an rtx 2070, also this is in Canadian dollars my budget is 680 not counting tax and should I or should I not get a replacement plan. Thank in advance for answering my question.

some games I play is player unknowns(has a along load time because of card), civ 5/6, gta 5, fallout 4, Fallout 76 and metro last light.

the 1080 for 650 would seem to be the no brainer, unless its a typo and they are all 1070, then get the ti card provided it has more than a single fan.
I do not suggest any GPU with a single fan. one bad spindle kills the card.
the replacement plan is up to you, the card will be warranted by the maker, if the warranty is ONLY 1 year I would look to the protection plan.

I'd probably wait the week and get the RTX 2070, it performs close to the 1080 however will have newer tech such as Ray Tracing.
