Which Graphics support audio through HDMI

I was wondering if the nvidia GeForce GTX 760 supports audio through the built in HDMI out port. If it does support it, how do I enable it on my custom pc build?

Control panel > sound > playback devices. In there, select 'Nvidia HDMI output' (the one that's not grayed out) as the default device.

so theres nothing I have to configure hard ware wise inside my pc? And I'm also guessing my card supports HDMI audio?

Yes, it supports it (all modern cards do) and no, there's nothing you have to physically change to make this work.
