buy this and use the mail in rebate, it will be 110$.

You should manually overclock this card as it has a lot of potential.

the only difference between the two is that the SC version has a higher factory overclock and maybe was higher in the bin process.

You should also consider the r9 280 if you have a 500W psu

300 Watt PSU so a R9 280 is out of the question since it will not even fit inside the case or have adequate cooling.
You need to take the side off the case and see if you can even use a 2 PCI-E slot card it looks like the front panel connectors will block the card.

from what i see he can fit a gtx 750ti in there, the windforce 750ti is pretty short and i think it will fit. I also clearly stated if he has a 500w psu he can use an r9 280
