which gt 730 should i consider

i'm in a tight budget and i want to buy a gpu i dont play a lot of games mostly cs:go/tera online/lol
atm i have gt 210 and its bad af :v i overclocked in msi afterburner to the max but still does not improve that much so i wanted to get a gpu but i dont know which one.i plan to play with it :3 to oc i mean but the one with silent cooling cant be oc cuz of it and it seems better over all should i go with her or the other one.
i know that all of the games are cpu intensive but i still need a better gpu. i have e5400 oc to 3.5 ghz it does its job for now.

Gt730 64bit iwth gddr5 memory, Its faster then the 128bit version because it has the better 'Core'.
After that you go to a gtx750 or 750ti.

there isnt a gddr5 there its ddr3 i write it wrong i put gddr3

They can use serveral different types of memory on GPU's depending on the price point and performance they wish to hit.
Here's an example of one with GDDR5 but theres no point it getting it when for $18 more you can get an Msi GTX750Ti after $30 rebate
