Which Gtx 1060 Card is better ?

Unfortunately My MSI R9 380 has burnt out and I need a new card but I was considering several questions :
Should I buy one now or wait for black friday or wait till the next architecture volta to be released ?
Should I wait till the prices go down again ?
If I should buy now , for 1080p gaming which one would be better :
1- Gigabyte gtx 1060 Xtreme for 300$
2- Evga gtx 1060 FTW2 icx for 330$
3- ASUS strix 1060 for 325$
4- Zotac AMP 1060 for 290

Well if you need a new card, you need a new card. Not playing any games for 2 months to save a few bucks isn't worth it IMO. Out of those, the Strix and the Zotac would be my picks. However, you might want to look for a used card if that's how much it's going to cost you to get a 1060 6GB, $300 is insane. A quick search on craigslist and I found this:

90% of the performance for 40% of the price sounds like a good deal to me, then you can just save your money for whenever volta comes out.

Unfortunately I live in Egypt and can't buy from craiglist for shipping problems and can't be sure that the 'used card' works properly and buying a new card from amazon or new egg is cheaper than buying a used one from egypt so would you recommed 1050ti instead of 1060 .
and what about gigabyte card considering best price with good cooling and review
