Which gtx 1060 is better?

May boost higher than rated 1708 ghz and gives you more overclocking headroom, better cooling, if you care about those sorts of things.

Do note:
Pascal cards are very efficient, so much so that thermals have not really been an issue with any manufacturer. Most if not all pascal cards will OC similarly, and factory clock speeds mean nothing about OC potential.

I recommend getting whatever 6GB card is cheapest, with the warranty or customer support you would rather deal with.

Go with whichever is cheaper. They both have the same clocks and temperatures won't be an issue with either. All 1060's (and all Pascal for that matter) run very cool. Good choice with EVGA!
