Question Which Gtx 1660 and ti and Rtx 2060 variant to get? is quiet?

Please suggest all three card's best variants, I want something which is quiet and cool, as I have seen in a video, the one fan varients(cheapest) ones can get very noisy on load to keep it cool. So like a gaming x? I don't want too much noise. And I might do a slight overclocking in the future.
Also Please suggest within Amazon.in

GTX 1660 Ti
RTX 2060 (might be pricy)

Specs:
i5 - 8400
16gigs
so I don't think there will be any bottlenecks in 2060.

With Nvidia AIB partners, there are always 3 or 4 versions for a mid to mid-high range GPUs. An ITX, a single fan regular one, dual fan regular or oc versions which are usually quiet and a version with better fans and heatsinks which are virtually silent. Like the MSI Gaming X or ASUS Strix or the Gigabyte Aorus. Choose whichever has the best customer support in your region or the cheapest one.
