Which GTX 560?

I am building a new gaming computer, and my budget for the video card is 180$, I found 2 cards which I like, but they were very similar, and I was wondering which one is better for the money of them.

If you want to suggest a different card, 180$ is my limit, I can't go over it.

Core Clock:
810MHz

Shader Clock:
1620MHz

Effective Memory Clock:
4008MHz

That would be the first one.

Core Clock:
850MHz

Shader Clock:
1700MHz

Effective Memory Clock:
4104MHz

This is the second one.

Basically the second one would run faster - a.k.a better performance - than the non-super clocked version

get at lease a 560 ti, preferably a 448 core, I've seen some of the 448's go for as little as $205. ti is about 15% faster and the 448 is another 15% faster and on par with 570's and hits stock 580's when over clocked.

$180 for a regular gtx560 is extremely over priced.

ah nevermind, that BF3 package is probably best for you if you like the game though I like EVGA better

I do like the EVGA one, especially the warranty, does it cover overclocking?, not anything extreme though; I can get BF3 with some rebates, if they actually work that is

I dont know about overclocking the GPU - I haven't done it but in addition to the EVGA warranty it also has the step-up program which gives you 90 days to upgrade to a newer card: http://www.evga.com/support/stepup/
