I'm building a budget gaming rig for my first PC build and I've decided that I'm going with a Geforce GTX 660 Ti. The only catch is that I'm not sure what the pros and cons of the various non-reference cards are. I think the three I've chosen below are three of the best, but if you guys have other suggestions feel free to tell me. Which 660 Ti do you think is the best? I will be overclocking. At the moment I'm leaning towards the Asus because of its value, but I'm very open to suggestions. As always, any links, benchmarks, and are welcome. Thanks in advance!

You won't get a significant performance difference with the msi pe, the msi power edition cards have now the voltage locked, so get the asus, it's cheaper and also a good one.
The Asus one is usually considered the best, I'm using a 670 with that cooler and its completely inaudible no matter the load. Gigabyte Windforce is also very cool and quiet.

None of them will overclock particularly well, pretty much all the Kepler cards are voltage locked so they're pretty crappy at overclocking.

Also make sure you haven't thrown AMD completely out the window. A 7950 is the same price and much, much faster.

Yeah, I'm aware of the AMD factor. I like to think that I'm not particularly biased, but I do love a lot of NVidia's feature and there's always the drivers debate too.

About the overclocking though, I know for a fact that at the least the MSI card can be over-volted. I'm not really picky about how loud my system is. I just want to make sure that I'm squeezing as much performance as possible out of the 660 Ti platform. If the performance difference isn't enough to make it worth the money, then I'll definitely go with the Asus. But if we're talking about 10+ FPS difference then I'll want the MSI.
