Which GTX 670 to choose?

Over the past few weeks, I've been trying to figure out which GPU to get as an upgrade. I finally get paid tomorrow and I have narrowed my search down to the GTX 670 because of the near 680 performance and the sub-$400 dollar price tag. My question is, though, which 670 do I get? I was thinking the MSI Power Edition because of the after market cooler and the OC, but there are many others that offer the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I plan to purchase this on amazon because I have a Prime membership.

I like that one and it's $20 cheaper than the MSI PE, but the only thing is I don't think it will fit in my case. The 6870 that I have in there now almost takes up all the space and it's under 10" (I think). I'll just have to take some measurements when I get home. Thanks.

Noooooo don't get the power edition! http://www.tomshardware.com/news/MSI-GTX-660-670-overvolting-PowerEdition,18013.html

The Gigabyte is probably the best value, factory OC'd and a pretty sweet cooler as well, I purchased at release and it was the same price as all the other standard 670's even with those features. If you think it will fit do the Gigabyte, otherwise the Asus ones are nice but spendy. Also, looking at the GPU specs, the MSI PE is .2 inches longer than the Gigabyte.

The MSI Non-PE edition is under 10 inches, the Gigabyte is 10.3 and the MSI PE is 10.5 FYI.

Thanks for the heads-up. Guess I won't be buying the PE. The only reason I thought the Gigabyte was longer because on Amazon it was listed as 11.3", but I'll double check.

Just checked Newegg and Amazon. Newegg listed the card at 11" and Amazon was at 11.2". I've yet to measure inside my case. Going to do that in a couple minutes. Hopefully it'll fit.
