I've settled on a GTX 780 and looking to water-cool it. Which manufacturer I go with?

Palit Super JetStream

Gigabyte GTX 780 OC

Or should I stick with something like Gainward which I think is a reference card.

Also looking to use XSPC water block and backplate -

Will this waterblock fit on all three cards? Which do I go for and why?
If you guys have any other suggestions I didn't include or anything that I should look at it would be greatly appreciated :)

If I were to buy a 780 with the intention of water cooling it right away I would get an EVGA. Removing the factory cooling and adding a water block does not effect their warranty at all, not sure any other warranty is like that. To me it is just nice to retain 3 years of coverage.
