Which GTX 780 would be best for my build?

Hi! I am wondering which GTX 780 would be best for my build. Moneys is a big object and I would not like to spend no more then $550. I will not be over clocking. I really like the PNY card here:

http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814133489&cm_re=gtx_780-_-14-133-489-_-Product

But I am not sure if the MSI N780 would be that much better:

http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127746&cm_re=gtx_780-_-14-127-746-_-Product

Here are the cards I can choose from since I am Canadian and most other websites would charge duties:

Thank you in advance for your help!

The MHz is the speed of the card, so assuming all cards have the same specs (RAM, number of Cores etc.) then the faster card will perform better, the reason I liek the Evga is that it is cheaper then the PNY with the rebate and faster, havent had a PNY but from what I have heard they are putting out good quality and priced cards right now but Evga has been putting out great cards for a long time

Yeah I have heard the same thing. May sound ridiculous but I like the PNY mainly for the looks :p

In my opinion , the Asus ROG - GeForce GTX 780 Poseidon Platinum is a great video card , you have the option to cool it with air or you can do hybrid cooling , air and watercooling , which is great and will help to keep the card cooler than any other 780 on the market as of now if you're gonna watercool it anyday
