Which GTX 950 To Buy

I recommend you to go for MSI. I have MSI too and it's great card, it's very quiet and perfoms good.

it says the EVGA has more coreclock than the other.. and cost the same. would that be better

Yes, but marginally so. Those non reference over clocks aren't massive. But if we're going for reliability i'd say gigabyte theirs probably some windforce or g1 version out their. But in all honesty whichever fits your budget/aesthetics

The core clock does not really matter as you could easily overclock whichever card you get to higher than any of the factory overclocks.

can i download drivers for msi online? my dvdrom doesnt open and ice tried everything.. so i need to download drivers online

That was a problem with the 970 which was fixed quite a while ago and has nothing to do with the EVGA 950. Any of these cards would make a good choice so don't try to sway the op because you prefer msi, rather give him all the info and let him decide which fits his needs.
