I am getting a GTX 960 4GB and I don't know which brand or version to get. The price difference it from $165-$256, but is it worth spending that much?

Out of all of these, is it worth spending over $200 or should I spend less and will I see any performance difference? I compared the cheapest one to the most expensive one on a few sites, and the difference is very little. What do you guys think?
