Which GTX 960?

Hi I was wondering which gtx 960 I Should get with my build? I Was thinking of getting one of the cheaper 2gbs. My finished build will consist of these parts: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Zdtv99. So far I have the case motherboard and power supply.

Since the 4GB ones don't really increase gaming performance at all, just get a 2GB one. They're all similar, I like EVGA.

I already got the corsair 500w modular one but I definitely will look into the ram and hard drive although |I am looking for a 240gb ssd

was also wondering if an i3 4170 would be good enough for some gaming I mean I can run gta 5 on my laptop with a 750m. Or should I spent an extra 100 bucks and get an i5. If I do get an i5 which one would you recommened?
