Which gtx 970 is better?

Fps wise and heat wise.

Msi twin frozr gtx 970 OR inno3D ichill air boss Herculez x4 (long name I know)

The really over the top cooler caught my attention on the inno3D one. I personally think it look beastly and I can find it for a very close price to the msi (about £280 on overclockersuk.)

I know it sounds nooby to choose a graphic card based on looks, but man I drool over the thought of that card in my case.

So which will be better for 1080p ultra settings.
Also which has better overclocking potential?

I "heard" that the MSI twin Frozr keeps the GPU very cool, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127747 even with OC , I can't prove that because I don't have one yet.
I haven't heard anything about the "inno3D ichill air boss Herculez x4".

End result is that the inno may have 0-1FPS more at std clock depending on game.
