Which GTX 970 model has full 4gb, If any?

They all do technically have 4Gb, But the last 0.5Gb is very very slow.

Only 3.5 usable till it starts stuttering, spitting, and or crashing.

They really did crash? By comparison my 192 bit 2GB 660 should have worse design than 970 3.5GB. But it never crash once the memory usage exceed 1.5GB. It will stutter though. But in case of ACU i just let GFE decide optimal setting but it did not sutter even if the memory usage was full. It will though if i tried to tweak the setting myself.
