Which GTX 970 Model should i buy?

I am looking for a new graphics card and i want to buy the new GTX 970s. I don't know which model to choose so i ranged them from 3 specific models. EVGA, MSI and Gigabyte. They're all almost the same price so I can get either one of them

I would get the GB card for the better cooling and higher boost clock.
