Hey guys. I'm new around here and I saw some of you have great knowladge about computers and I'm looking for an advice.
I've had a ZOTAC GTX 560 Ti for 3 years now, and some games are starting to cause some trouble when running in high graphics, which as someone who really appreciates playing games, I don't like, so I decided to buy a new graphic card in the near months, and considering the amount of money I have right now, I decided to go for the GTX 970. But which one?

The options im considering right now are:
-MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G (Found here)
-MSI GTX 970 4GD5T OC (Found here)
-ASUS STRIX-GTX970-DC20C-4GD5 (Found here)
-I could consider other options, these are just the ones I've looked more in depth.

My PC:
Intel i5 2500k 3,3ghz
Gigabyte GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3
ZOTAC GTX 560 Ti
8gb ram (not sure model though)
500GB Seagate hdd
Thermaltake TR2-600w

My biggest concern at the moment is the power supply being able to support any of these GTX 970. I belive that's the only problem I may encounter.

Thanks in advance!

For GPU, I'd go with the first choice, Gaming 4G is one of the best 970s out there, it's silent, the coolest and one of the most highly OCable GPU. It'd be my top choice followed closely by Gigabyte 3X.

Your PSU is plenty wattage wise but the quality isn't great. And assuming it's quite old, I'd replace it for good.

Hey guys, thanks for the fast answers.

As for the PSU, I'm not really looking forward to changing it. I know it's not too expensive, but I live in South America and they're more expensive here plus I have no idea how to set it up in my PC so I'd have to ask someone to do it for me.

Regarding the GPU, basically is a matter of preference? I've read the difference would be 1-2 FPS', but I still rather ask first. I also really like the MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G.

In case of PSU, I'd advise the other way. The wattage doesn't matter, quality does. A high quality 450W can run your rig, but low quality PSUs (like yours) use cheap capacitors which wear away with use, and when they die (fail), they can even take away your components with them.

As per the GPU, yes the FPS difference on stock speeds is a couple FPS but it changes when you try to OC it, since the cooler it is, the more OCing potential it has.

Ouch 🙁

I'll see what I can do with that then. Any PSU you'd recommend?

This is true yes, some may get better overclocks than others, but it's different for each card so you may get one that people have got huge overclocks out of, and you can barely overclock at all, it's the "silicon lottery".

I also saw the Gigabyte one, but I'm not quite sure about this one. It's the most expensive one as well. (Found here)

The gigabyte one is good if you want the connections, it has the most versatile connections of all the GTX 970's, with 3 DP, 1 HDMI, and 2 DVI. It also OC's the best and has the strongest stock cooler, though the cooler is much louder then most of the others, and the cooler exhausts all air into the case, so you have to have good air flow in the case, also makes using them in SLI more tricky, they heat each other up a bit too much.
Length the card in some cases can be an issue too, it is much longer then the competition.

MSI Gaming per http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/graphics/2014/09/19/nvidia-geforce-gtx-970-review/14

"That brings us to the MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G, and of the three it's this one that stands out as the best. At £282, it's the cheapest on test and only £20 more than reference pricing. Despite this, its solid boosting credentials means it matches the EVGA for speed in most tests. The slightly lower than dual slot height of the cooler also makes it a good choice for those looking to run two GTX 970 cards in SLI. Furthermore, it has the beefiest power delivery system of all three cards, and with this we managed to overclock it to a level that actually surpassed the GTX 980 at stock speeds. Your mileage may vary, of course, but this is undeniably a fantastic result. Add in the super quiet operation and semi-passive cooling mode, and you've got yourself a truly awesome graphics card."

One last question, what's the difference between the MSI GTX 970 Gaming and [url=One last question, what's the difference between the MSI GTX 970 Gaming and the MSI Computer NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GAMING 100 Million Edition OC? (http://www.amazon.com/MSI-GTX-970-GAMING-100ME/dp/B00TPLKR7Q/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1430918930&sr=1-2&keywords=msi+gtx+970)

Also, would my pc support either of them?

Sorry, for some reason I wasn't able to post the URL. Fixed it. Thanks for the heads up.
