Which GTX 970 should I get?

My case is around 10.5 by 5.5 length and i don't have very good cooling and only 600 watt power supply so I'm more interested in the 970 over the R9 390. Here are two cards that would fit in my case. Which do you think I should get? I'm open to suggestions but I prefer newegg or amazon, and not much over $350. Thanks guys here are the links to two cards.

Well, the FTW Version is a bit more fancy, but i think you should go for the SSC version to save some money.

600W should be enough to power an R9 390, provided it's a high tier PSU.

Between those two, the SSC is better value. The price difference is not really worth it. Maybe you can get a higher overclock out of the FTW version, if you care about such things.
