Which GTX 970 Version is the best?

I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card from a Radeon 7850 to a GTX 970. I'm not sure which 970 model to get but I'm looking at the Asus Strix GTX 970 and the MSI GTX 970. I have a 500w psu and would like to keep the psu and gpu compatible.

I own the MSI , great card overclocks well on stock voltage.

I have the asus card. Great warranty and excellent build quality. I went with them because I like how reliable Asus components are. I would consider Asus and MSI.
