Which GTX 970 will I buy?

Someone is selling a Gigabyte GTX 970 Windforce for 8,500 PHP (170.26 USD) and a EVGA SSC for 9,000 PHP (180.27 USD). Which offer is a good deal? Given that the card is working perfectly.

Yes, the EVGA SSC version is better - it's coolers are effective, it has a higher clock (because of the factory overclock that EVGA applied), and I find they're just made well.
