I have these 4 GPU models to choose from and I'm in dilemma:

1) Gigabyte GTX 1650 D6 4GB OC GDDR6 DVI HDMI DP GV-N1656OC-4GD Rev 2 - this is only 1 fan but ddr6.
2)
Asus GTX 1650 Phoenix 4GB OC GDDR6 DVI - only 1 fan but ddr6 6
3) Asus GTX 1650 Dual 4GB GDDR5 DVI HDMI DP - 2 fans but ddr5 :(
4)Gigabyte GTX 1650 4GB OC GDDR5 2xHDMI DP - this is 2 fans, ddr5 5 with 2 HDMI.

option 2 is the cheapest but not that much, money isn't issue in those 4 options . I want to know which one is the best.

GDDR6 is nicer, seems to give between 6-8% increase in performance over GDDR5. However those GDDR6 models all feature slightly lower boost clocks and they are all single fan. Personally I would go for one of those GDDR5 dual fan solutions, so for me it's one of these:
  1. Gigabyte GTX 1650 4GB OC GDDR5 2xHDMI DP
  2. Asus GTX 1650 Dual 4GB GDDR5 DVI HDMI DP

Get one of the DDR6 cards better performance even with the reduced core clock speed.
You can also OC the core to the DDR5 cards if you wish.

Yeah 1 for sure… DP is where it’s at as far as quality is concerned and so is gigabyte. Honestly though I’d go with a 1660 super, it’s basically a 2060 without RT cores- similarly priced-ish.

The GDDR6 notably outperforms the GDDR5 version. I would not select a GDDR5 model, unless the price were substantially lower enough to live with the performance hit.

Keep in mind, this review was written back when GPU prices were normal

https://www.tomshardware.com/uk/reviews/evga-geforce-gtx-1650-gddr6

note the "Our Verdict" box:
  • Same price as the GTX 1650 GDDR5
  • 14% faster than GTX 1650 GDDR5
  • Efficient Turing architecture

Obviously disregard the price comment - these days, everything is insane.

I ran across these review quotes:
When averaged over all our benchmarks at 1080p resolution, we see the Gigabyte GTX 1650 OC GDDR6 7% faster than the GTX 1650 GDDR5. The new GDDR6 memory chips with +50% memory bandwidth definitely help.
The biggest problem of the GTX 1650, both with GDDR5 and GDDR6, is price. At $175 for the Gigabyte GTX 1650 OC GDDR6, there are several good alternatives available. If you are willing to spend just a little bit more, the GTX 1650 Super offers 25% higher performance—really a no-brainer.
