Which H170 Motherboard is better?

Gigabyte H170-GAMING 3 VS ASUS H170 PRO GAMING VS MSI H170 Gaming M3, I am going for a gaming build with Nvdia GTX 970 and not interested in over clocking

I'd go the Asu as a slight pick over the GigaByte, won't build with MSI due to their poor QC

Can i use a DDR4 2400mHZ ram with this board, i heard 2133 MHz DDR4 ram is best with this board and 2400Mhz DDR4 ram is not a good option?

The mobo is rated up to 2133, 2400 would be iffy
