The best would have to be the ASRock mobo, it is the cheapest also I believe. What form factor are you looking for?

Most likely Micro ATX. But the case I'm grabbing can also support ATX as well. I'm getting a single GTX 970 and an i5 4460 and most likely x2 4GB sticks of ram, so the Micro ATX should be fine but as I said, the case can support ATX as well

Well, the inside of the case won't be so pretty as micro ATX will not fit the entire case therefore showing some extra panel. It is almost the same price to go ATX or micro ATX, micro ATX is just more compact.

I don't really mind if it looks "pretty". I might add some lighting and cable sleeves for management but it truly isn't a problem if it's Micro ATX.

mATX in an ATX probably give you the most upgrade options in the future. You can drop an mATX board into wider variety of cases, and your ATX case allows for more motherboard options. Win/Win.

And at the end of the day, unless OP has a windowed case, who is always going to be staring at the inside of your case.
