Which Hard Drive

For my laptop I have the option of 1TB 7200RPM [SATA II - 3GB/s] or 1TB (w/ 8GB SSD Memory) 5400RPM Seagate Hybrid 64MB Cache (SATA III - 6GB/s)
What is better for gaming and overall performance, and whats the difference between the two?
