Which HD 7950 model?

Hello, I was originally going to buy a HD 7870 but PC Case Gear is having a price reduction of two of their HD 7950, so I was wondering which brand I should be buying for the best stock speeds and over clock ability and also which cooler is more efficient and quiter?

The MSI is clocked a little higher but the Sapphire is cheaper so it would be my choice. More price difference than performance.

Do you know if they can overclock to about the same performance level? Will both coolers keep the card stay under 65*C on full load, I have 4 120mm in my case as we'll if that helps

Well they have the same potential for OC. Most GPU's today have max temp mid to high 90s°C so gaming they are fine up to about 80°C before starting to worry.

Which is quieter?

Do know what frames I could run BF4 on high with anti-aliasing off? Same with arma 2,3 and dayZ?
FX-6300 3.5GHz
8GB 1866 MHz
1TB HDD

Both with dual fan coolers so I do believe there is no noticeable difference in noise.
