I have a HP w2207 Monitor and found this HDMI cable: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Converter-Adapter-Output-One-way-Converter-1-8m-Loop-HDMI-VGA-3-5MM-Jack/dp/B01N3S7N4Q?th=1 on Amazon. Should I get it? My to be graphics card is the Zotac GTX 1650 OC. So is HDMI a good Idea?

No you should get an HDMI to DVI-D cable. Avoid the VGA port because it is analog. If you use the DVI port your monitor has it is an all digital connection.

Just find a cable that supports HDMI 2.0b most hdmi cables are the same anyways and most of them are compatible with others

You do need to be aware that some copy protected high res content may not work. DVI does not support the required handshake to allow HDCP content (NetFlix for example) to display in HD. You would have to have an HDMI monitor (or DP monitor) to support that.
