Which headset should I buy? (Price range from $90 to $140)

In 5 days, I need to order a gaming headset for my gaming PC. I am thinking of getting either the Logitech G930, Razer Megalodon, Razer Blackshark, Razer Carcharias, or the Razer Kraken Pro green. I want the one that is the most comfortable and has the best mic quality. I have more sensitive ears. I really really need the help. Also tell me if the headset is over the ear or on the ear. my personal suggestion would be to buy a pair of ath-m50s for $105 on ebay right now and get a $35 desk mic, clip on mic (clips onto cable) or modmic (boom attaches to headphones)

I'm only interested in a headset. I hate desk mics. I've been wanting to have different headphones for gaming. The models I mentioned look great, but I hear mixed reviews.
