which i3 is better ??

is it better than the i3 4130 and i3 3220 or performance is equal in gaming

Performance wise it's quite similar to the newer ones, but in no way 'better'.

If you are looking for an upgrade get atleast an i5. Buying a recent i3 won't give you much performance difference

i can play watch dogs with this cpu with sapphire r9 270 2gb ddr5 on ultra @ maximum 60 fps avg is 30 to 45 fps on 768p and cpu temp is within 50 to 68 degree

It's all good, as said, you won't benefit from a newer i3, an i5 will be the next ideal upgrade performance increase wise.
