Which i5 processor should I pick?

So I have a build a gaming computer of a pentium g4600 together with a gtx 1050ti and 8g of ddr4 2400mhz and my uncle who also build his computers said to me he will buy any proccesor under 200 dollars I ask of him. So I was thinking an i5 or a ryzen 3 and then change my mother board. Basically, I have 200 dollars to upgrade my computer and I want to upgrade my proccesor and/or maybe motherboard.

I have a msi b250m pro vd and its a bit old, no bluetooth or wifi. Thats why maybe I wanted to change to a ryzen build. What do you guys think? What should I pick?

Yes but if I buy a ryzen 3 2200g and a new motherboard I will be able to overclock. I already have a bluetooth dongle and a wifi usb but it is cleaner and nice to know my computer can work without those. Will have more usb slots too. Should I buy a new motherboard and a ryzen or an i5 or something?

The i5 is better bang for your buck. It should perform better than the Ryzen in gaming. Overclocking the Ryzen isn't going to give you some sort of massive performance bump
