Is igpu better by the higher number? I just can't seem to decided whether to spend a few extra bucks on the

AMD A8-6600K Richland 3.9GHz-4.2GHz Quad-Core Black Edition AMD Radeon HD 8570D @ $109

than

AMD A10-5800K Trinity 3.8GHz-4.2GHz Turbo Quad-Core AMD Radeon HD 7660D @ $99.99

So....which one? I am planing to just use the igpu and no descrete gpu. So what igpu performs better? Is it worth spending $10 just for an 8570D igpu? If I go with 7660D igpu, will i be losing performance in graphics? Is it that big of a difference?

AMD's old naming system was generation, then class, then rank within that class. so in this case 8th generation (really just a renamed 7th gen), class 5, and the 7 means it ranks highly against other class 5s

the thing is that the 8000 series igpus are the exact same as the 7th generation igpus so in this case, the A8 has a class 5 igpu and the A10 has a class 6. so this means that the A10 has the better igpu hands down.

for detailed specs... they both run at the same clock speeds (933 mhz) and have the same memory bandwidth, but the 7660D in the A10 has an extra 124 shader cores which will increase performance by a fair bit.
